I have logged a Damage Baggage Claim upon my arrival on flight 3U3888 from SVO connecting 3U3993 from TFU on the 7th of October 2024 through your handling agent Malaysia Airlines.
A week has passed and there’s no email, phone calls whatsoever on the status of my claim. I have called up 603-8777 2288 which was provided in my Damage Report unfortunately couldn’t get through after calling for more than five (5) times.
I am very disappointed with the service and professionalism shown by your company and the agent.
I was told it takes 3-5 days or within the same week the payment will be credited into my account.
