Breeze Airways Cancellation Policy on a Non-refundable Ticket 

Breeze Airways only sells non-refundable flight tickets. Hence, no fare is fully refundable, with the exception of purchasing an add-on. You will only qualify for reimbursement if there is a cancellation within 24 hours. This shall be applicable to all bookings done, in and around 7 days prior to the departure date. Thus, if a mishap happens and you cancel your travel, you will be eligible to earn Credit Points in return for the entire air fare. These points can be checked right through your Rewards Account on the app. 

Breeze Airways Cancellation Policy on a Lower-priced Ticket 

In this case, if you get a flight ticket at a lower price than your current ticket, you are eligible for cancellation and rebooking online and via the Breeze Airways app.  However, the refund would depend on the type of reservation you have opted for, whether it is the usual non-refundable ticket (out of its different package options – Nice, Nicer, Nicest) or the No flex fare ticket. For instance, if you have purchased a No Flex fare ticket, you will be entitled to redeem half of the Flight Credit points, contrary to the Non-refundable Airline ticket.

General Rules for Refund on Cancellation

• You will be compensated in full on cancellation when the booking date is 7 days before the departure.
• Otherwise, there is provision for only partial recovery of the full fare via the flight credit that holds a 12-month validity from the actual booking date.
